Chase Robotics & AI ("Chase Robotics," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.chaseroboticsai.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form on our Contact page, we collect the information you enter, which may include your first and last name, organization, email address, and the details of your project brief or message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, approximate location (city/region), browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, the pages you view, the time and duration of your visit, and how you interact with the Site. This information is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 4).

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and the Site is not directed to them.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and project requests; communicate with you about our products, services, and potential engagements; operate, maintain, and improve the Site; understand how visitors use the Site; protect the security and integrity of the Site; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. How We Share Information

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers. Our Site is built and hosted on Wix.com Ltd. ("Wix"). Information you submit through our forms is stored on Wix's servers and may be processed by Wix on our behalf. We also use web analytics providers to help us understand Site traffic. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us. You can read Wix's privacy policy at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.

Business transfers. If Chase Robotics is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose with your consent.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help the Site function and help us understand how it is used. We use:

• Essential cookies set by Wix that are necessary for the Site to operate and for security.

• Analytics cookies from Wix Analytics and Visitor Analytics (TWIPLA), which collect aggregated information about page views, visit duration, and general location so we can improve the Site.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but where technically possible we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing communications. Use the contact information in Section 9 to make a request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

6. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), may give you additional rights. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1: identifiers (name, email address, IP address), professional information (organization), internet activity (pages viewed, browsing behavior), approximate geolocation, and the contents of any messages you send us. We collect this information from you directly and from your device, and use and disclose it for the business purposes described in Sections 2 and 3.

Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and the sources and purposes of that collection;

• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you;

• Request correction of inaccurate personal information;

• Request deletion of your personal information;

• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA); and

• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 9. We will need to verify your identity before responding, typically by matching the information in your request to information we already hold. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authority.

7. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including those provided by our hosting provider, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain contact form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and pursue any resulting business relationship, and afterward as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as record-keeping. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.
